His successful track record and accomplishment led him to be named to Campaign’s A-List in 2017 and 40 Over 40 list in 2020.

    Prior to joining the agency in late 2019, he was US CTO of RGA, UK CEO of Dentsu's Isobar and Regional Managing Director of SapientNitro.


    Courtney leads key client engagements at Barbarian, overseeing Account Management and Project Management, providing direction on agency operations, and championing Barbarian's cultural initiatives. She has helped transform brands and create award winning work for NFL, Gillette, Pantene, L’Oréal, Danone and more.

    He has also worked for various strategic consultancies and was a founding partner at luxury audio startup Master & Dynamic.


    With 16+ years of experience in enterprise level B2B and B2C applications, Lamar is spearheading the agency’s position as a digital transformation leader.

    He has partnered with brands including Nike, Samsung, Uber, Converse and Advent Health, to increase value realization for existing technology investments, transform internal operations, and drive innovation programs through the launch and evolution of digital products.
